Overview
When a comparison completes, the top of the Comparison tab displays a row of six hero cards summarising the key metrics. These cards give you a quick read on the scope and impact of changes before you drill into the detail tabs.
The Six Summary Cards
1. Change Card

| Added | Activities present in Current but not in Baseline |
| Deleted | Activities present in Baseline but not in Current |
| Modified | Activities present in both but with at least one field change |
| Unchanged | Activities identical in both schedules |
The card shows a donut chart with these four slices and the total activity count in the centre.
2. Info Card

| Date Shift | Calendar days between the two data dates |
| Current Activity Count | Total activities in the current schedule |

3. Cost Card

| Baseline Total Cost | Sum of at-completion cost across all baseline activities |
| Cost Delta | Absolute and percentage difference |
| Trend Arrow | Green (decrease), red (increase), grey (unchanged) |
4. Labour Card

Card Behaviour
- Cards use animated count-up effects when first rendered.
- Hover over any card to see a tooltip with the full precision values.
- Cards are responsive — on narrow viewports they stack vertically.
- If the schedule has no resource or cost data, the Cost, Labour, Material, and Non-Labour cards show "No data" in a muted style.
Using the Dashboard
- Quick health check — Glance at the Change card to see whether changes are concentrated in additions, deletions, or modifications.
- Cost impact — Compare the Cost card delta against your change-order threshold to assess financial exposure.
- Resource impact — The Labour and Material cards reveal whether the scope change implies staffing or procurement adjustments.
- Context for drill-down — Use the dashboard numbers to decide which comparison tab (Activities, WBS, Resources) deserves your attention first.
