What Is Kazinex?

Kazinex is a browser-based schedule management platform built for PMOs, planners, and project controls professionals. It reads Primavera P6 (.xer) and Microsoft Project (.mpp / .xml) files and gives you powerful tools to analyze, compare, govern, and edit schedules — all without uploading data to the cloud.

Everything happens in your browser. Your files are parsed, analyzed, and displayed on your machine. No data ever leaves your computer during processing.

Import Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project files through a guided wizard. Manage multiple projects in a portfolio view with cards or table layout. Mark schedules as Current or Baseline to enable comparison workflows.

Activities Grid & Gantt Chart

Browse activities in a fully customizable data grid with 150+ columns, grouping, filtering, and inline editing. Visualize your schedule on an interactive Gantt chart with drag-to-move, drag-to-link, and zoom controls.

Schedule Editor

Create new projects from scratch or edit imported schedules. Build WBS structures, define calendars, assign resources, manage relationships, and run CPM calculations — all in the browser.

Quality Governance (30+ Checks)

Run your schedule through 30+ automated quality checks based on DCMA 14-Point, GAO, and industry best practices. Get an overall governance score, drill into findings, and configure thresholds to match your organization's standards.

Period-over-Period Comparison

Compare a Current schedule against a Baseline to see what changed: added activities, deleted activities, modified fields, WBS rollups, resource deltas, and more.

AI Copilot

Ask natural language questions about your schedule. Request modifications via chat. Generate new schedules from a description. The AI understands your schedule context and Primavera terminology.

Real-Time Collaboration

Work on schedules simultaneously with your team. See live cursors, chat in real-time, manage permissions (Owner / Editor / Viewer), and review change history.

Print your schedule with custom headers and footers. Export back to Primavera XER, Microsoft Project XML (MSPDI), or generic XML format.
