Current version highlights​

Document Register enhancements​

  • Saved Searches — save complex filter combinations and share them with your project team. No more rebuilding the same filters every session.
  • Boolean search operators — use AND, OR, NOT, wildcards, and field: prefixes for precise document retrieval.
  • Bulk import from Excel — pre-populate a new project's document register from an Excel template with full validation and error reporting.

Workflow improvements​

  • Parallel step groups — run multiple review steps simultaneously and require all to complete before the workflow advances.
  • Conditional routing — route workflows down different paths based on document metadata (discipline, type, status) using expression conditions.
  • Template versioning — activate and deactivate template versions without disrupting running workflow instances.

Correspondence​

  • Mail distribution rules — automatically add recipients (CC/BCC) to correspondence based on type, priority, or other conditions. No more forgotten CCs.
  • Mail approval rules — require internal sign-off before correspondence is sent to external parties.
  • Correspondence threading — full parent-child reply tracking with per-recipient read status.

Storage & Integration​

  • SharePoint Online integration — connect your Microsoft 365 SharePoint site as the document storage backend with OAuth authentication.
  • R2 Cloudflare support — use Cloudflare R2 object storage for large-volume, high-performance document storage.
  • Webhook events — subscribe to 7 event types and receive real-time HTTP payloads for ERP, BI, and automation integrations.

Admin & Security​

  • Organisation-wide 2FA enforcement — require all members to use two-factor authentication.
  • Access Control Groups — restrict document visibility to named user groups for confidential documents.
  • Permission overrides — grant or restrict individual permission actions at org or project level without changing the base role.
