Planner boundary

Planner handles schedule files and schedule-derived insight. It is the place for import, schedule review, AI schedule analysis, comparison, schedule quality, resources, and schedule-led exports.

Report Forge boundary

Report Forge handles repeatable reporting. It is the place for blueprints, editions, contributor inputs, review comments, output design, and report exports.

Workflows boundary

Workflows handles controlled project records. It is the place for document registers, review routes, transmittals, correspondence, guest reviews, permissions, notifications, and audit history.

Avoid mixing

Do not describe Report Forge or Workflows as schedule-file import tools. Do not describe Planner as the system of record for transmittals, correspondence, or document-control workflows.
