Security Overview
This page summarises how Kazinex handles data security, access controls, and privacy commitments across all products.
Data hosting​
Kazinex is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. All customer data is stored in a dedicated tenant with logical separation between organizations.
Data in transit​
All communications between your browser or app and Kazinex servers are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Unencrypted HTTP connections are redirected to HTTPS.
Data at rest​
Customer data including uploaded schedules, blueprints, documents, and transmittals is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Authentication​
Kazinex supports the following authentication methods:

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be enabled by organization admins for all users under their organization.

Organization admins have the broadest access within their organization. Kazinex staff do not have access to customer data except when explicitly authorized for support purposes.
Privacy​
Kazinex does not sell personal data to third parties. Uploaded project data is used solely to provide the service. Refer to the Kazinex Privacy Policy on the website for full details.

Kazinex is committed to ongoing alignment with common data protection regulations. Contact support for information relevant to your jurisdiction.
Reporting security issues​
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to security@kazinex.com. Do not publish or share vulnerability details publicly before a fix is available.
