Notifications
Planner sends notifications when something relevant happens in your projects. You can control which events trigger a notification and how you receive it.
Open notification settings​
Go to Avatar → Account settings → Notifications.
In-app notifications​
The bell icon in the top navigation bar shows unread notifications. Click it to open the notification panel. Notifications are grouped by project and event type.
Mark individual notifications as read by clicking the checkmark, or select Mark all as read at the top of the panel.
Email notification frequency​
| Option | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Immediate | An email is sent as soon as the event occurs. |
| Daily digest | One summary email per day (sent at 07:00 in your timezone). |
| Weekly digest | One summary email on Monday mornings. |
| Off | No email. In-app notifications still appear. |
Per-event toggles​
You can enable or disable each notification type independently. In-app and email can be set separately per type.

Muting a project​
To stop all notifications from a specific project without changing global settings:
- Open the project.
- Select ⋮ → Notification settings.
- Toggle Mute this project on.
You will still see the project in your project list, but no notifications will appear for it.
