Notifications Reference
This reference lists every notification type in Workflows with its trigger condition, default recipients, and whether it is configurable.
Notification types

Frequency options
| Option | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Notification sent as soon as the event fires. |
| Daily digest | Events batched into one email per day at a configured time. |
| Weekly digest | Events batched into one email on a configured day each week. |
| Off | No email. In-app notification still appears. |
Configuring notification preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to set the frequency per notification type. Some types (such as transmittal issued) cannot be disabled because they carry formally relevant delivery evidence.
