Reports Reference
This reference documents every report available in the Workflows Reports tab, with available fields, filter options, and export formats.
Document Register Summary
Shows a count and status breakdown across the project register.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Document count | Total number of register entries. |
| By status | Count per document status (draft, for review, approved, etc.). |
| By discipline | Count per discipline or package. |
| Overdue | Count of documents past their due date. |
Filters: Status, discipline, package, owner, date range. Export: PDF, Excel.
Workflow Completion
Shows open, closed, and overdue workflows.

| Template | Workflow template used. |
| Total started | Count of workflows started in the period. |
| Completed | Workflows closed within the period. |
| Overdue | Workflows past their due date at the time of report. |
| Avg days to close | Mean turnaround time in days. |

Transmittal Register
Shows issued and acknowledged transmittals.

| Reference | Transmittal reference number. |
| Issued date | Date of dispatch. |
| Recipient | Addressed party or distribution list. |
| Document count | Number of documents included. |
| Acknowledged | Whether receipt acknowledgement was received. |
| Acknowledged date | Date of acknowledgement. |
Filters: Date range, recipient, mail type. Export: PDF, Excel.
Review Response Summary
Shows reviewer participation and decision breakdown.

| Reviewer | Name of the reviewer. |
| Assigned | Count of items assigned. |
| Responded | Count of items with a submitted response. |
| Response rate | Percentage responded. |
| Overdue | Count of overdue items. |
| Decision breakdown | Count of approved, rejected, and revise responses. |

Correspondence Log
Shows outgoing and incoming correspondence.

| Direction | Outgoing or incoming. |
| Date | Dispatch or receipt date. |
| Status | Open, awaiting reply, closed. |
| Subject | Brief subject line. |

Overdue Actions
Shows all items past their due date at the time the report is run.
