Projects Tab
The Projects tab lists every Workflows project you have access to and provides a high-level health summary for each. From here you can switch the active project context, start a new project, or jump directly to a project's settings. Only projects where you have at least viewer-level access are listed.

Project list columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Project name | Full name of the project. Click to switch the active project context. |
| Reference code | Short alphanumeric code identifying the project (set in project settings). |
| Your role | Your role on this project (Admin, Controller, Reviewer, Viewer, External). |
| Open workflows | Count of workflows with at least one incomplete step. |
| Pending actions | Count of workflow steps currently assigned to you on this project. |
| Overdue items | Combined count of overdue steps, transmittals, and correspondence. |
| Last activity | Timestamp of the most recent event on this project. |
| Members | Number of team members with project access. |
Switching the active project
Click any project row to make it the active context. The entire Workflows workspace — document register, transmittals, correspondence, review matrix, and dashboard panels — switches to that project.
The current active project is highlighted in the project list and shown in the top navigation bar.
Creating a new project (Admin only)
Organisation admins and project admins with the appropriate permission can create new projects:
- Select New project in the top right of the Projects tab.
- Enter the project Name and Reference code.
- Set the project Start date and optional End date.
- Choose a Storage provider (Supabase, SharePoint, or R2).
- Optionally copy document field configuration from an existing project.
- Save. The project is created and you are taken to its settings to configure fields, numbering, and the team.
Project settings shortcut
Hover over a project row and click the gear icon to jump directly to that project's Settings page. This avoids switching the active project context just to change a configuration.
Project health indicators
