Overview

Kazinex provides direct access to delivery engineers and onboarding specialists through the Dashboard support panel. Whether you need help getting started or have questions about advanced features, support is always a click away.


Contacting Support

Email Support

Reach the Kazinex delivery engineering team directly:

customersupport@kazinex.com

Use this for:

  • Technical questions about schedule analysis
  • Bug reports or unexpected behaviour
  • Feature requests
  • Account or billing inquiries

Live Onboarding

For hands-on help getting started, book a live onboarding session:

  1. Open the Dashboard (home page after login)
  2. Scroll to the Customer Support section
  3. Click Book Onboarding
  4. You will be redirected to the Kazinex contact page to schedule a session

Your Kazinex delivery lead can walk you through uploading your first schedule, configuring quality checks, and using the editor.

Subscription Support

If your subscription is inactive or expired, the Dashboard displays a message with a link to contact sales for renewal.

For billing questions, see the Billing page or email customersupport@kazinex.com.


Tips

  • Check the FAQ before contacting support — your question may already be answered
  • When reporting a bug, include the file format (XER, MPP, etc.), browser name, and a description of the steps to reproduce
  • The onboarding session is free and typically takes 30–45 minutes
