Page Tabs, Headers, and Footers
Page tabs organize multi-page report outputs. Page settings control page size, orientation, margins, header height, footer height, and optional header/footer content.
Page settings
| Setting | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Size | A3, A4, A5, B4, B5, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, Executive, Statement, or Custom. |
| Orientation | Portrait or landscape. |
| Margins | Space around the report content. |
| Header height | Reserved space for title, logo, date, or custom header. |
| Footer height | Reserved space for page numbers, notes, or custom footer. |
| Background and border | Optional visual identity for formal outputs. |
Header and footer content
Headers can show logo, title, subtitle, date, background color, text color, and bottom border. Footers can show page numbers, footer text, color, and top border.
Good practice
Use headers and footers for repeated context, not for the main report story. Keep them predictable so readers can scan every page quickly.
