Status Bar and Context Menu

The status bar and context menu help designers understand the current page state and act on selected components without hunting through panels.

Status bar indicators

Indicator	Meaning
Component count	How many components are on the active output.
Zoom	Current canvas zoom level.
Layout mode	Whether the body is grid or freeform.
Selection state	Whether a component, row, column, or cell is selected.

Context menu actions

Right-click actions depend on the selected object. Common actions include copy, cut, duplicate, delete, bring forward, send backward, and layout-specific actions.

Good practice

Use the context menu for local component work. Use the ribbon for report-level actions such as save, publish, preview, export, layout mode, and zoom.
