Branding Settings

Branding settings let you apply your organisation's visual identity to Kazinex — logo and primary colour. Access: Settings → Organisation → Branding (Org Admin only).

Logo

Setting	Details

Recommended size	At least 200 × 50 px; transparent background
Maximum file size	2 MB

The logo appears in:

• Navigation header for all organisation members
• Email notification headers
• Transmittal cover sheets (if branded cover sheets are enabled)
• Guest portal pages
• Login screen

To upload: Click Upload Logo → select your file → confirm the preview → click Save Branding.

To remove: Click Remove Logo — the default Kazinex logo displays until a new one is uploaded.

Primary Colour

Setting	Details

Format	Hex colour code (e.g. #1A3A6B)
Colour picker	Available — click the swatch to open the picker

The primary colour is applied to:

• Call-to-action buttons (Approve, Submit, Upload, Send)
• Active navigation items and selected states
• Progress indicators, status bars, and completion rings
• Link text in emails and notifications

Preview: The preview panel updates in real-time as you adjust the colour. Check both button states (default and hover) and the navigation highlight to ensure sufficient contrast.

Recommended: Use your primary brand colour, not a very light colour — Kazinex renders white text on primary colour buttons. Very light colours will cause illegible button labels. A minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against white is recommended (WCAG AA standard).

Saving branding changes

Click Save Branding to apply both logo and colour changes together. Changes are visible immediately to all organisation members on their next page load.
