Setting the default provider

Click Set as Default on any verified provider. The default provider is used for all new document uploads in the organisation.

Important: Setting a new default does not move existing files. Files uploaded to the previous provider remain there and continue to be accessible through Kazinex. Only new uploads use the new default.

Status monitoring

SharePoint note: OAuth tokens expire. If SharePoint shows Failed, click Reconnect and re-complete the Microsoft OAuth flow.

Project-level storage override

By default, all projects use the org default provider. A Project Admin can override this for a specific project:

  1. In the project: SettingsStorage.
  2. Select a different provider from the dropdown.
  3. Save.

Documents uploaded in this project go to the project-level provider. Documents from other projects are unaffected.
