Build a Schedule Performance Report

This tutorial creates a report page for selected schedule and project-control evidence. Use Planner for schedule investigation; use Report Forge to present approved evidence in a governed report package.

Outcome​

You will build a page with schedule status, Gantt view, performance curve, and risk summary.

Steps​

  1. Confirm the reporting edition contains the schedule evidence that should be presented.
  2. Add KPI cards for overall schedule status, progress, and variance.
  3. Add a Gantt component for selected activities or milestones.
  4. Add an earned value or S-curve component for time-phased performance.
  5. Add a Risk Matrix and Exposure component for schedule-related risks.
  6. Add a short narrative explaining the main driver behind the movement.
  7. Preview and confirm labels, date ranges, and filters.

Boundary check​

Do not document Report Forge as the place to import or analyze raw schedule files. It is the place to present selected schedule evidence inside a governed report output.
