Schedule and Project Controls Components
Schedule and project-control components are for report outputs that need to present project controls evidence. They do not replace Planner schedule analysis; they present selected evidence in a governed report package.
| Component | Best for | Common fields |
|---|---|---|
| Gantt | Schedule bars, baseline, dependencies, progress. | Activity, start, finish, baseline, status. |
| Resource Usage Profile | Resource histograms and usage curves. | Period, resource, units, availability. |
| Cash Flow Curve | Periodic and cumulative cash/cost movement. | Period, baseline, actual, forecast. |
| Earned Value | PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI, and trend status. | Period, planned, earned, actual. |
| S-Curve | Planned, actual, and forecast progress curves. | Period plus cumulative values. |
| Milestone Trend Analysis | Milestone movement across reporting periods. | Milestone, period, baseline, forecast, actual. |
| Risk Matrix / Exposure | Risk probability, impact, exposure, and top risk list. | Risk, probability, impact, exposure, response state. |
| Network Diagram | Activity network and dependency context. | Activity, predecessor, successor, critical state. |
Boundary rule
Use Planner for schedule investigation. Use Report Forge when selected schedule or project-control evidence needs to appear in a recurring report output.
