Edition List Tab
The edition list is the working queue for report cycles. It helps teams find draft, submitted, reviewed, and published editions without opening every blueprint.
List anatomy​
| Element | Use it for |

| Project filter | Narrow editions to a project or portfolio. |
| Status filter | Find draft, submitted, reviewed, or published editions. |
| Reporting period | Locate the correct weekly, monthly, or custom cycle. |
| Owner/reviewer | Identify who should act next. |
| Row actions | Open, review, duplicate, export, or archive according to permissions. |
Common tasks​
- Open the edition list from the Report Forge navigation.
- Filter by project and reporting period.
- Sort by due date or last updated date.
- Open incomplete editions for contributor updates.
- Open submitted editions for review comments and approval.
Status guidance​
Use status filters during reporting deadlines. Draft editions need contributor attention, submitted editions need review, and published editions should only change through a controlled correction workflow.
