Team Tab

The team tab controls who can participate in reporting work. Use it to invite users, assign roles, and review whether access still matches the team's responsibilities.

Role-oriented setup

Report ownerBlueprint ownership, edition cycle control, review decisions.

ReviewerComments, review decisions, and approval before publication.

Access review routine

  1. Invite admins and report owners first.
  2. Add designers before contributor rollout.
  3. Add contributors to the editions or projects they support.
  4. Add reviewers early enough to avoid late-cycle delays.
  5. Remove or reduce access when a user no longer supports the report cycle.
