Team Tab
The team tab controls who can participate in reporting work. Use it to invite users, assign roles, and review whether access still matches the team's responsibilities.
Role-oriented setup
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Workspace settings, projects, users, governance policy. |
| Report owner | Blueprint ownership, edition cycle control, review decisions. |
| Designer | Output templates, component layout, formatting, and export design. |
| Contributor | Edition data entry and evidence upload. |
| Reviewer | Comments, review decisions, and approval before publication. |
Access review routine
- Invite admins and report owners first.
- Add designers before contributor rollout.
- Add contributors to the editions or projects they support.
- Add reviewers early enough to avoid late-cycle delays.
- Remove or reduce access when a user no longer supports the report cycle.
