Settings Tab
The settings tab is for workspace-level decisions that affect reporting consistency. Keep this tab limited to admins or trusted owners.
Settings areas

| Branding | Report appearance defaults such as logo, colors, or output identity. |
| Data source configuration | Controlled source connections and report input defaults. |
| Governance defaults | Naming, publishing, review, and export expectations. |
Change discipline
Document settings changes that affect published reports. A small branding or data source change can alter many outputs, so treat workspace settings as governed configuration.
