Projects Tab
The projects tab keeps reporting work organized by delivery context. Use it to create, review, and maintain the project records that editions and outputs belong to.
What project records support
| Area | Project role |
|---|---|
| Blueprints | Helps teams find reusable reporting structures by project or portfolio. |
| Editions | Gives each reporting cycle a clear project and period. |
| Outputs | Makes exported report packages traceable to the correct project. |
| Team access | Helps admins scope ownership and review responsibility. |
Admin workflow
- Create the project before building recurring report cycles.
- Use consistent project names and codes.
- Assign owners and reviewers before inviting many contributors.
- Archive or close inactive project records according to reporting governance.
Naming guidance
Use a short project code plus a readable name. Avoid using report names as project names; reports belong to projects, not the other way around.
