Organization and Invitations
Report Forge can be entered through organization selection or invitation flows. These screens help users land in the correct workspace before they open blueprints, editions, or outputs.
Organization selection
Use organization selection when a user belongs to more than one workspace. Confirm the organization before changing settings, team access, or report structures.
Invitation flow
Invitation links should tell the user what workspace they are joining and why. After joining, users should confirm their role and first expected action.
Admin checklist
- Invite users with the correct role.
- Confirm they joined the intended organization.
- Direct them to their first workspace task.
- Review unused invitations periodically.
