Output Template List Tab
The output template list stores reusable report layouts. Use it when the reporting structure already exists and the team needs a consistent visual package across editions.
What to manage

| Template name | Makes the intended report package clear. |
| Related blueprint | Keeps layout and reporting inputs aligned. |
| Owner | Identifies who can change layout decisions. |
| Last updated | Shows whether the output has changed since the last reporting cycle. |
| Published state | Distinguishes draft layouts from approved layouts. |
Recommended workflow
- Create or open an output template from the list.
- Confirm the template belongs to the correct blueprint.
- Open the output designer for layout work.
- Preview against a real edition before publishing.
- Keep old templates archived rather than reused accidentally.
